1. The head of the jury Arcadiy Filatov. Member of the Writers’ Union of Ukraine. Member of board of Kharkov branch. He has more than half a century experience in literature. Through this period he has published dozens of poetry books, among them there are: “Words”, “Snow, Wind”, “Elena”, “Pray”, “Retro”, Aftermath”, “Twilight”, “From Apostles”, “Devils-Menologies”, “Tomorrow” etc., short stories and a novel “Horseradish in the village”. Laureate of the first Moscow film festival of youth – Award for the best script. Laureate of international and municipal awards in journalism and literature.
